Ronald Didd, 62, received a two-and-a-half-year term on an extended license in addition to a seven-and-a-half-year custody term.
He will be a registered sex offender for life and receive a Restraint Order forbidding him from contacting the victim or her family, as well as a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) severely restricting his access to female youngsters. After his release from jail, each of those Orders will be active for ten years.
