Admitting a run of sex offences, a 27-year-old man from Winsford has been imprisoned.
Former Wharton Gardens resident David Harmes entered a guilty plea to 88 sex offences involving 39 UK victims and six USA ones.
David Harmes aimed at children aged six to fifteen over six months (July 2019 – February 2020; all except one, a boy, were female.
Harmes showed up to answer the charges at Chester Crown Court on July 24. He entered a guilty plea and has been remanded into custody to be sentenced on September 5.
Harmes drew his victims in using a variety of guises, including a model scout for big clothes stores called Jess, a boy called Jaden or Alex, or Jadenthelad, to name but a few.
He would call them in following his discovery on YouTube or Instagram.
This dishonesty and manipulation were meant to feed his warped fixation. He would hide his actual identity everywhere.
Harmes had only fulfilled his term for comparable offences when freed on February 14, 2019; he started violating again in July.
