Sentenced to 13 years, a child sex offender who targeted a five-year-old girl in Worcester
Benjamin Holmes, 31, of Ravensholme, Wolverhampton, was found guilty at Worcester Crown Court yesterday, Thursday, 6 June, of having a child under thirteen participate in sexual activity.
He received a sexual harm prevention order and restraining order to safeguard his victim and was sentenced to 13 years in jail.
After his arrest, Holmes’s phone was taken, and first-generation pictures of his abuse were found there.
