Christine Callaghan, another paedophile pervert, was imprisoned for six years in 2018.
Christine Callaghan, 33 (now 39), raped and sexually assaulted the young child on Skype for the enjoyment of Dean Petley, of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, who paid her £2,285.
From Bexhill, East Sussex, Callaghan spoke with Petley about the figure to be paid, and then she took instructions for the child sexual abuse to be carried out.
A video of Callaghan Christine sexually abusing the young girl was discovered on an encrypted hard drive at Petley’s house; screenshots revealed that on ten different dates over three years, from 2016 to 2018, she engaged in penetrative sexual behaviour with the victim.
Callaghan pleaded producing and distributing a category B indecent live-streamed video, a category A live-streamed video, and two charges of inducing or encouraging a girl under 13 to engage in sexual behaviour before Isleworth Crown Court.
For her ‘horrendous actions’, she was imprisoned for six years, issued a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and placed on the sex offenders register for a lifetime.
After investigating Jodie Little, 30, who was imprisoned for 12 years and four months in August 2018 for sexually abusing minors online, the National Crime Agency discovered Callaghan and Petley.
Officers discovered Little sexually abused minors using the internet aliases ‘Devil Bitch 666’ and ‘DomTabooSlut’ on an adult services website from her northern Cyprus residence in July 2018.
Jodie Little was brought back to the UK and accepted nine charges.
The NCA detained Dean Petley, a mechanic, in October last year after Jodie Little identified him. He was imprisoned last month in 2018 for eight years after admitting eleven crimes involving children.
Little’s devices revealed that Petley had asked her to engage in sex acts in front of small children and that he paid her £750 from January 2017 to February 2018 to see her sexually abuse two victims online.
Originally from Huddersfield, Jodie Little gave Dean Petley 10 electronic files, one of which depicted her sexually abusing a very small child and detailing graphically about the child being raped.
Petley was rearrested in May this year following additional evidence linking him to Christine Callaghan discovered on an encrypted hard disc at his house.
It included full facial photos of Callaghan abusing the victim with a small window of Petley seeing and screenshots of chats with her spanning two years.
‘These were horrible atrocities Callaghan committed for money,’ said Matt Hall, NCA operations manager.
Callaghan pleaded disseminating a category B indecent live-streamed video, a category A live-streamed video, and two charges of inducing or encouraging a girl under 13 to engage in sexual behaviour before Isleworth Crown Court.
Our will to ensure Jodie Little received justice made her and Petley’s prosecutions possible.
Little may have been overseas, but the NCA can pursue UK child sex offenders anywhere without regard to distance.
With ever-worsening cyber-enabled child sexual offending, these offences are an illustration of what the NCA is witnessing more and more.
The NCA is aware that the degree and scope of criminality against minors are getting worse.
Every month, we and UK police save over 700 children and apprehend almost 500 child sex offenders.
‘Protection of children comes first for us, and nowhere else.
