A 27-year-old Cheshire West Paedophile Stephen Bonnett has been incarcerated for over eight months for failing to inform the police of his residence at a house with a kid.
Stephen Bonnett, residing on Mayfield Road in Northwich, appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on June 16 after admitting to noncompliance with notice obligations.
From May 6 to 10, 2022, Stephen Bonnett neglected to inform the police within three days after residing in a household for a minimum of 12 hours where a child resides.
He was additionally charged with the same offence between May 11 and 14.
Despite courts considering Stephen Bonnett’s guilty plea, he received a prison sentence due to his prior convictions of a similar type.
Stephen Bonnett received a 36-week jail sentence.
He is required to pay court costs amounting to 85 and a surcharge of 156.
